I'll just put this out there... I've never had a good experience at this Game Stop. The only reason I even continue to go is because it's close and convenient.
The staff has changed quite a few times in the past year, but somehow they continually find employees that are not very personable or attentive. On my last visit to trade in 2 games, I told the guy behind the counter that one of the games should be worth $20 instead of $9 when traded towards a particular game because I saw it on their website. He flat out told me that was false, but he'll check anyways. Guess who was right? Then when I was paying he never pressed total to allow me to swipe my card, I had to tell him to pay attention so I could pay them.
I normally associate typical poor customer service with poor management, this particular location needs an overhaul in personality and customer service.
