rev:text	Ok so this place WAS my favorite until today. If i can't use my phone for hipa laws that's fine but don't follow a well paying customer to see if I'm using my phone. The little smart mouth girl up front was mad cause i dismissed her when she told me not to use my phone. I ordered then proceed to go back to get my free eight she took me out of the system so i couldn't get it. I asked guys in back can i use my phone i was told yes while i sat an waited i was on my phone then called up to get my purchase After the ppl in back fixed my order she screwed up, she then came to the back to antagonize me about my phone at this point it's obvious she has an issue with me and I'd never recommend this place to anyone and i told them i wouldn't be back due to poor customer service. Then she goes and tell some dude he can't wait till he leave blah blah blah from another room loudly so i can hear her my thing is if u wanna y'all about me there will be a response from me so don't ever talk bad about a customer OUT LOUD cause we the reason you have that Lil desk job. I work for Apple and i feel i know customer service and what she has is an attitude. Simply could have said Hey with the hipa law sorry but u can't use your phone.. but no she was rude af and all the staff wasn't on one accord. The guys in back where very helpful and i actually would say that they where to me the very best since I've been there. Girl and guy in back kept me calm as i heard the big mouth girl up front y'all shit all cause a guy asked what happened. What really happened was i called her sweet stuff and she didn't like that lol. Security was fine an didn't say anything cause it was a high issues she just made it worst by speaking about me after i put my phone way. He the security always welcome me and tells me goodbye not today tho it's possible he didn't like me cause how i shut the big mouth down. But my thing is i told him thanks and have a great night but i got nothing. BLOOM IS A BIG ASS JOKE AND HOPEFULLY THEY TRAIN EVERY NT JUST ON HIPA RULES BUT ON CUSTOMER SERVICE CAUSE THER IS WAY TOO MANY DISPENSARY HERE IN AZ PLUS I DROVE THERE FROM MESA TO BE DISRESPECTED. So anytime I'm around I'll check in and I'll make sure my words are heard. FYI the issue isn't about the phone to me it's how she talked to me. Then followed me to see what i was gonna do. The whole thing could have been avoided if she could hv just spoke to me with respect i know i look young like her but I'm 30 and moms in hospital so if i looked at my phone at time or notifications don't be a bitch just politely say WTF you mean. WONT EVER STEP FOOT IN ANY BLOOM EVER. Lbs
