  • After being discouraged and canceling our initial pool contract with another vendor we were feeling ready to abandon the idea of having a pool and spa until we met with the owner of Lakeside Pools. After we met with him at our home and much consideration, we decided to hire Lakeside Pools. Now that our pool and spa project is complete, we have absolutely no regrets with our contractor choice. During the construction process we were kept updated via email or by telephone letting us know the next step and schedule date. Throughout the building process the owner, construction specialist and office assistant were always readily available to us while making us feel that their goal was to achieve complete customer satisfaction and they were not going to settle for less. As with any construction project, unexpected issues do arise, ours was no different. However, our issues were minimal and not only were they immediately addressed, they were resolved beyond our expectations! Needless to say, Lakeside Pools were a delight to work with and we are happy with our pool and spa.
