  • I must admit, i was also disappointed with their job. For 3 bedrooms, a small hallway and 1 flight of stairs, it took them only 30-40mins. They did only 1 stroke of wet vacuum, and skipped corners. The risers on the stairs were also completely untouched. I expected that they run over the wet carpet again to at least dry the carpet. The carpet was left wet and I was told to just let it dry naturally, about 6 hours. Like really? wont it absorb all the water and sit there? and im afraid it will go to the wooden floors underneath and then what? Wont that create molds or weaken the floors? yikes!! had so much other important things to do and worry about with the move, that i just have to cross my fingers on this and trust that theyre "experts"... i shouldve spent more time reading the other reviews here and not just get a good first impression the minute i see a lot of stars... those who gave 5 stars mustve been lucky or i must be one of those unlucky ones who received bad service from them. sad... i wouldnt recommend this company. lesson learned: spend more time reading reviews and comparing companies and what people say.
