  • I love walking into this shop. The friendly faces in the front always make any situation with my car better, no matter if it is a routine oil change or a big repair. Sissy the manager totally goes out of her way to make customers happy. One time I came in to pay a bill and the folks in front of me had some sort of issue with a third party and I heard her on the phone trying to figure out what happened to help them. Also, when a repair or oil change takes too long, I am always offered a ride home if I don't want to hang out in their waiting room. The thing is, I don't mind the waiting room. They have a big TV, comfortable chairs and even a phone charger! Plus when I bring my small boys, they play with the toys there. And the bathrooms are super fancy for a repair shop...flowers, pretty walls/decor and clean! I also enjoy the customer program they have...once you're in the system and have repairs, you get credit points that you can use on future repairs. Plus a free oil change on your birthday! Thank you for offering great service and quality work in the Central Phoenix area!
