My wife and I decided to check out the hype and get the low down on brunch at Vivace. Now having been twice (once in substitute of a traditional Easter dinner), we can say that we are hooked.
Again, keep in mind we have only done brunch here. That being said, make a reservation and get here early as reservations and food go quickly! I would recommend going all in and paying the $25 to get the brunch special which includes (2) choices from (2) different food categories, some kind of sweet cranberry bread, and bottomless mimosas or bloody marys. In a way it reminds me of the brunch Heist used to have back when they first opened. As for food suggestions, I don't think you can really go wrong. Both my wife and I tried several different dishes over our visits and enjoyed everything. I will say get the quiche if they still have it. This behemoth sits almost a foot off your plate and was an amazing blend of cheesy, crunchy, and rich. Highly recommend. Also the bottomless drinks don't hurt.
