  • So I was upcharged for my sides unknowingly. Not a biggie, but I noticed when I went to pay. So I wasn't bothered, but I felt like it was bad business practice so I requested to speak with who I later found out was Billy. He's such a humble and assertive guy. He knew and addressed the issue directly and without making me feel any type of wrong for my assertion. For this being my first time at this location as well as my first time having Outback in roughly 10+ years. I can appreciate being treated as though my views, concerns, and/or opinion matters. Way to go King William (Billy) and all is totally forgiven young Taylor. I'll be back to sit and eat next time.
