  • I'm not a member but I've been to this location several times and this has been my worst experience! First when I made the appointment they told me 2x to make sure I was there 15 min early and they said it again when they called to confirm. My appointment was at 7pm and I arrived at 6:43pm. At 7:15pm, I went out to the reception desk and asked what was going on and why was I still waiting. Come to find out they never told the therapist I was there. Overall the massage was just decent, but nothing to write home about. I'm kinda disappointed with the whole experience and I hope this was just a one off situation.
