| - After living here for 11 months, we were beyond ready to move out, even if it meant moving in the middle of a Phoenix summer.
- We complained about a leaky faucet probably 15 times. Don't get me wrong, they came out every single time very promptly. The half assed fixing the problem every time so every time we turned the shower off, it leaked again until they came back out.
- Missing screen door? Too bad, they don't keep those in stock so it took about 6 months to get it replaced.
-We had raging alcoholic neighbors that smoked and drank in the stairwells which was not a huge concern for the staff.
-We once got a very rude phone call from the staff about not being able to get into our unit because our dog was not kenneled AND we did not have permission to have said dog. Well, the reason we did not have permission is because we have never had a pet.
- The gym had all the free weights removed while we were there and never replaced them. The pool was a lagoon when we moved out and the basketball courts were under construction the entire time we lived there, although they looked exactly the same when we moved out as when we moved in.
- We made our place spotless when we moved out. I understand that they have to clean the carpets, repaint, etc... they offered us $1 back from our deposit and made up a ton of things that they needed to clean which was not true but not worth arguing about as we were happy to be done.
The staff, to get you into their property is so nice. Once you are in, they are not too helpful or friendly. I think there are some positives but overall, we had a very bad experience for us.
