I went on a referral to have a spot looked at. I waited past my appointment time to be seen. The Nurse practitioner spent a total of 10 minutes with me. She said the spot was nothing to worry about, but she could spray it, and it woud go away. She sprayed 10 seconds worth of "freeze" spray on the spot and said she would see me in a year. I was billed not only my $ 50.00 deductable, but I received another $ 100.00 bill in the mail for the 10 second "freeze" spray. When I called and asked if the billing was correct, the billing department was less than friendly. Yup that is what you owe. It is more about the cosmetic procedures that the rich can afford I think, than about the regular person. Someone should have let me know there was going to be an extra $ 100.00 charge. Buyer Beware!!!!
