My wife and I couldn't decide on a place to eat lunch near Southpark so we searched Yelp and found this gem. She and I both grew up in Charlotte so we still thought of this as Manzetti's - an awesome restaurant with a lot of memories. We were very pleasantly surprised that, despite the very different cuisine, Paco's Tacos was just as delicious and good a restaurant.
I had a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese enchilada and it was amazing. I loved the fact that it was not enormous but a perfect amount of food (so sick of all the ginormous servings, like at the Cheesecake Factory). The chips were a bit too salty but the guacamole- made fresh at the table - was wonderful and balanced it out. My wife had a margarita and it made her very happy - all I cared about. The cost wasn't bad - about $10/entree - especially given the area.
To put the cherry on top, the service was excellent. Consistent, smiling, pleasant, not wanting for anything. And the bathroom was clean and smelled fresh - a very welcome change from a lot of establishments.
Will definitely come again.
