  • Sigh...post-update update. Things got way better after the initial opening but have since gone waaaaay downhill. My biggest complaint is product inconsistency. I have a favorite flavor (cookies and cream) and every time I come in it tastes completely different. A lot of the time it tastes like someone put 3 times the amount of flavoring in, sickly sweet and overpowering and the texture is way off, sticky and gooey instead of icey. I've found this with a lot of the regular flavors and it's so disappointing, I really don't think employees are following the recipes correctly. If they were made correctly they would be delicious, but it's just been a letdown lately. Also, I can't remember the last time I was here and they got my order right. It's been wrong almost every single time! The tables are also usually sticky even when the place is empty and employees clearly have time to wipe them. Unfortunately, we went from coming here at least once a week to not coming at all. Bummer!
