The washes are good enough- hardly worth the high cost of individual washes. Furthermore, there was no warning to those that have a monthly wash pass that they were suddenly closing for "remodeling". They then proceeded to charge me the monthly wash rate even though they weren't open for service. I had to call customer service 4 times before receiving a call back, at which time they told me they would reimburse the current month (I was charged for 2 months). And that they couldn't just pause the charges until they reopen. She then stated that since I was "choosing to cancel" that they couldn't guarantee me same rates when they reopen.
Seems like a pretty shady practice if you ask me!
