This place has been horrible from start to finish for scooters. Unfortunately I have a Piaggio, actually I have owned a few of them. The two I took here each at different times. Even the name of the business was different the first time. BUT for some reason they completely suck donkey balls when it comes to servicing scooters and giving quality customer service. They really don't care and for certain don't know how to fix a Piaggio scooter. I wish I could honesty say different that's why I took another scooter there when they changed from Triumph to Euro but it only got worse and I was completely ripped off. So bad it's almost taking me a year to write this. I am floored in how a business such as there's can charge you for a scooter seat they broke. 70 fucking dollars for a technician who obviously didn't have the experience or the know-how to install and told me that it was inevitable that the lock would break on installation. Bullshit!!! So they charge me for a brand new seat. Oh I could go on and I will but for now I really want potential customers to BE AWARE, Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If they had only righted so many of there wrongs this could be a five star review from the get go. The only thing I did like about this place was there coffee!
