  • Great service! We just spent over an hour with Sean as he switched my husband from AT&T to my plan on Verizon and set up his new phone. Even after the store closed, he didn't seem to mind and took his time just chit chatting with us to make sure everything transferred over from my husband's old phone to the new one. He answered all our questions and actually helped me because I was overpaying for data that I haven't been using. When it's time for me to upgrade in about a month or so, I'll definitely be back to see him. This is probably the best customer service we've ever had when dealing with our phone service.
