I purchased a leather reclining sofa and love seat. They installed the backs on the furniture in my home and 4 days later, I realized that one of the seat backs on the sofa was not installed correctly; it sets an inch higher and 4 inches back from the rest of the sofa. I called to have them fix it and they said they would charge me $99.00 to come out and look at it "to see if it is covered under warranty"; they asked me to file a claim. I filed the claim, they accepted the photos that I uploaded, and were supposed to return my call within 24-48 hours. It's now 5 days later and I still haven't heard form them. If you do purchase furniture from them, be sure and use your own credit card so that you will have a way to dispute the purchase.
