  • As mentioned by others, Crystal got back to me right away. In fact, she had responded, answered my multiple questions over email, scheduled, sent the team out and checked in with me to see if I was happy afterward - all before either of the other two companies that I reached out to even got back to me at all. The team was relatively prompt (within 1/2 hour), they were nice, communicative people and they worked very hard and very fast. The did absolutely everything and they did it very well. I think the cost of house cleaning is high - but I checked around and this company was in line with the others I looked into. And truthfully, since I had three people working hard for almost three hours for that fixed fee, it was worth it. I could never have gotten all of that done in a day and to try would have taken me all day. Two thumbs up for Sparkly. I will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them.
