  • Niko is the worst Ambassador you could possibly have for this place. I went for months ago and he tried to overcharge me 4 wiper blades and didn't install them. I came back today, he clearly communicated that the blades would be $20 for the pair. I get the bill and it's $40 for the pair. Now i have to have a ridiculous diacussion with nico again and he said oh I'm sorry I messed up. It definitely seems like they're just trying to overcharge people here. I wish he would have just put on the $20 blades I asked for 4 months ago. Nico Lacks the ability to communicate clearly, has zero customer service skills, and genuinely doesn't care about the customer or if the customer revisits the car wash again. I've tried this place twice and now twice it has been the worst experience I could have at a carwash. I pass this place twice everyday and will now only go to the carwash out of my way because I know Nico will not be there.
