  • Worst tinting company in Las Vegas. First they didn't even schedule my appointment correctly. Put me in for 11 instead of 12. I arrived at 12:15. Entered the lobby and nobody is there. Although you can hear people having random chit chats in the other room while customers are waiting for them. There was also 1 person waiting in front of me. 15 minutes goes by before anyone even comes out to greet the waiting customers. They finally acknowledge the 1st customer and so I wait for them to finish up with the 1st customer which takes another 15 minutes so I had to wait 30 minutes before I even talked to anybody. When I finally get to the counter, he tells me my appointment was for 11 and straight out told me to leave with the rudest attitude ever. I told him my appointment was for 12. He then says, then you're still 45 minutes late and continues to tell me to get out of there. And he doesn't just tell you to get out. He treats you like you're the lowest scum on the Earth and rolls his eyes while talking to you. I have no idea how a place like this can stay in business with this level of customer service. They make me wait there for 30 minutes before they even acknowledge me and have the nerve to tell me to get the hell out because I was 15 minutes late. To top it off, as I'm walking out the door, he continues to yell out at me and says "it's like a doctor's appointment, if you're not on time, you're screwed". F- on all accounts for this place.
