  • I'm delighted to be able to write this 5-star review for Sham's Florist & Gifts. I found them right here on Yelp as I was looking for a way to send some really nice floral / plant arrangements to loved ones in Toronto for the holiday season. (We live clear across the continent!) Yelp did not lie this time... Sham's (and more specifically, Winston) proved to be excellent. The arrangements were lovely (according to the recipients themselves) and delivered quickly. Winston was consistently prompt, friendly, and kind in all our email communications (and I sent a lot of questions and requests). I felt this business' integrity and professionalism come across through our exchanges. He even made repeated attempts (without my asking or even knowing) to deliver flowers in frigid weather because my recipient was away for several days, unbeknownst to me. I didn't expect that, and most (mediocre) places would've just left the flowers / plants to wilt away or freeze on the doorstep... it's happened before! Clearly, they love their flowers and care about how they are received. I'm thrilled to have found our go-to place for flowers & gifts for our dear ones in Toronto. Thank you!
