I did not have a great experience here, sad to say. My husband and I went out of our way to visit Kream as we tend to do for craft coffee. We waited outside at the window for 5 minutes or so, after which we were told the register was down, but we could order drinks anyway since we were there. So we ordered a latte and a cappuccino. It took 5-10 minutes for both drinks to be made. Then, we were expected to wait another 10 minutes for the manager to arrive to fix the register. So we did, even though we had been given the impression that that wouldn't be necessary. The manager finally arrived but the problem was never resolved. After spending nearly half an hour at the outdoor window (because the main shop was not open yet), they told us we no longer needed to wait because they were not sure when the register would be fixed.
So...pretty poor service. Which is really unfortunate. I probably need to give it a second try, but the coffee wasn't good enough to warrant planning to go out of my way to go back.
I truly believe in multi-roaster shops. I guess I just want more bang for my buck. (drinks range from $4-$6)
