  • I went to them for a free consultation. It was great and I was really looking forward to do my treatments because it is something that i have been wanting to do for a while. The MANAGER, Lisa Johnson, was the one who was informing me of the whole procedure. She told me they were having a 75% off deal . AMAZING but........ she tells me they can run my credit to see if i qualify for financing and i agreed, signed the waiver and gave them my personal info. she ran it and i was approved. I was excited, finally i was going to do something i have been wanting forever. I told her i share my finances with my mom and i would like to talk to her before i make my decision. she said they are open until 7 and she will let me call the next day as well. I call back that same day to agree to the price and start my sessions. . THE PHONE RINGS AND RINGS AND I GET THE VOICE MAIL. now they are open, so i don't understand how unprofessional an office can be that they do not answer their phones, they are losing money and good customer service ratings. I call the next day and still no answer, i thought, maybe they are on lunch. I called after i got off work since i was told by the MANAGER, LISA, that she would be in office till 7pm. YET I GOT NO ANSWER. These people took my information and never got back to me and I have pretty much not heard from Lisa even after she promised to follow up with me the day after.
