My girlfriend, now wife, went here for a consultation & exam. Whatever they did left her in a lot of pain, she generally did not like the staff, and she did not want to go back. She paid her bill and found another dentist nearby that she felt was much better.
They kept calling her to schedule more appointments but she blocked their number. Here's where it gets weird. I was her emergency contact and they started calling me. Keep in mind that we were not married yet, we did not have the same last name, and we did not live together yet. They were calling me to try to reach her to get her in for more appointments. I feel like this is a major and unacceptable misuse of an emergency contact, and if it doesn't violate HIPAA laws then it comes uncomfortably close in my book.
