  • Cynthia B. We walked into 3 inches of water that had saturated the entire house. I called IRS on a Sunday and Rich arrived within an hour to help me in my need. I was impressed by his professionalism, his knowledge, his kindness and his empathy for my situation. His crew went to work immediately. Everyone I have met or spoken to at IRS, including the men who do the heavy lifting were great! Tyron, Ernie and Ashley were prompt, efficient, polite and very kind as well. These men did everything I asked and never complained. Water damage in your home is not fun, but Rich at IRS took much of the stress away because I could trust him to handle things for me! It has been a great experience with this wonderful company. I would recommend their service to anyone!!! I don't want anymore water damage, but if it happens, IRS will be my first call.
