  • Talking to Jarred over the phone to schedule an appointment. He asked if he could take my number down to have front office staff call and schedule me the next day. Waited 2 days for phone call and nothing. Decided to stop by since I was in the area and front office person had an attitude and made me feel unwelcome and intruding on her brake. Basically Jarred was welcoming and nice. Front office staff is another story. One star for Jarred.
