Called yesterday to make an appointment with Nina for 1030a the next day. I arrive at 1030, asked to choose my color and then no one else speaks to me. By 1040, I ask when will Nina be ready. Awkward silence and people looking at me and someone laughs and says "she's not in yet" wow. "She didn't know she had an appointment" they did apologize but the situation was what it was already. It was disrespectful of people's time. It was my first time because I was referred by my mom but that was not a good impression. Needless to say I will not be back. Seems to be a recurring theme in nail salons lately, techs are either overbooked or clients are not allotted the proper amount of time for a service so you always feel rushed. There's a nail salon on every corner but I highly suggest Nohea nails. Their schedules are always planned and each client has ample amount of time with a buffer in between appointments and they are VERY detailed and thorough and you never feel rushed.
Nina was nice and did a good job, though it felt rushed. I don't blame her for it.
