  • I have used Anderson for quite some time and I never had any problems with them. They always call and confirm the appointment with me a few days before hand and the technician arrives during the quoted time. I am charged a very good rate. Occasionally, I'll need a re-spray, and without hesitation or charge, they will come back. I will continue to use Anderson Pest Control because my time is important and they have only missed one appointment due to an error on their end. Mr. Anderson himself, came the following week he didn't charge me as a courtesy.
