  • Scheduled me two days out to fix my toilet. The morning of the appt they asked to push back the appt until later in the day. At 4:00 pm the plumber called me to say that he didn't carry Kohler parts on his truck and that now the parts shop was closed. He said he could come over as scheduled but that he couldn't fix anything. He then proceeded to tell me to call Kohler to ask them what part I needed and to order it myself. He said that it would be free if the toilet was installed after 1998. Of course this was on Friday evening and now I would have to wait until Monday to do anything . What a waste of time! I did call Kohler and they only warranty their toilets for 1 year, so my toilet isn't under warranty. I have decided to contact a different plumber to fix my toilet After posting this review, I did get a call back from the owner of the company, who apologized for my experience and told me that he was having problems with a new employee. I appreciate the follow up, so I will raise my rating from a 1 Star to a 3 Star. Hopefully others won't have the same experience with this company.
