  • Great customer service - they are quick with the requests. Their rooms are nice but nothing spectacular - I was looking for a wow factor like Cosmo has the balcony. Nice comfy beds though. Decor is modern japanese. We ordered room service and although the food was delicious and different from your typical room service eats, it was way overpriced for the serving sizes we got. My friend ordered the burger ($20) thinking she would be able to share it with a friend but it was literally the size of a macaron!! LOL. Did the guy delivering the food eat the rest of them?? I got the pork belly sandwich and another friend ordered the ramen. FYI - the kitchen for in room dining service does not have ranch dressing. Nice place to stay since its in the middle of the strip inside Caesar's Palace and shops are nearby but if I had to choose between Nobu and Cosmo, I'd pick Cosmo.
