  • If I could give 100 stars I would. I go to Aesthetics school next door ...I seen on my lunch break there was an Ashley Furn right by...after I ate lunch and pumped gas I had maybe 30 mins left ...I told my school friend let's just run in...I wanted to see if they had the ottoman that matches the sofa I bought from the Henderson location 16 months ago. I walk in and Ranya greeted me..I told him I was in a hurry but bought a sofa over a year ago and wanted the matching ottoman. This man ran to the desk to look up my last purchase and ran to another computer to look it up then ran and got a manager to explain how I had a $150 credit under my name because the last Ashley over a year ago shipped the wrong couch. In 15 mins I bought a $599 ottoman for $ 162.22. I have never ever in my life had such amazing customer service... I am going to go back in and personally thank him again. Mind Blown. I wish I remember the managers name who came and approved the discount. He was amazing too. My receipt was stamped at 12:10 check out and by 4:30 it was put together in my apartment! MIND BLOWN! Thank you manager on duty lunch time Tuesday 5/24/2016 and Ranya!
