  • I've never written a review, especially a bad one but I'm highly disappointed in this place. The manager Tommy is horrible...I've avoided him in previous trips and went to his wife Heidi. My previous trip that led me to today experience, less than 1 1/2 weeks ago was to get my every 3 weeks gel mani & pedi with Heidi. She was backed up and asked if the new girl there could help me. I agreed & received my services. Less than a week later my gel was peeling. I went in today to get this addressed and instead of fixing it they took the gel off, including layers of my nails with the drill, burnt one of my nails with that thing and didn't even attempt to fix or apologize for anything. Tommy then tried to charge me for taking off the shabby work in addition to the crappy manicure I received. Incredibly poor guest service & no resolve!!! I worked 10+ years in the spa industry (4 star) on the strip and know a thing or two about a thing or two. Go to Bella Grande... Much cleaner!!! I'm loyal only up until I'm screwed and Diva Nails u are dirty, slow & give half rate services! Never again!!!
