  • I had scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out and the day before I received a TEXT MESSAGE about needing to PayPal or VENMO $25 deposit fee.. Which I thought was pretty weird that this place was asking for money over a text. The day came to my appointment and I had called right at opening to reschedule my appointment for a later time. I knew they had the open slots because I checked their booking website. The girl over the phone told me I needed to send her another $25 deposit to reschedule an hour or 2 later.. She stated that I needed to call 6 hours before my appointment to avoid that fee. Keep in mind, I called at 8am when they opened. As if I can call/text them at 5am to do so. From the beginning, I thought it was very unprofessional of the whole texting and asking money that way. If they needed a new client deposit which is fine, they should have CALLED not texted me asking for it. Instead of trying to do so the day before. I thought I would try them out since they're closer and Cherry Lash Lounge is farther away, but I'd rather make the drive. I see picture posts of their lashes but I'll just stick to going to Cherry since this place is a joke.
