rev:text	Pretty good flower boutique! I buy flowers for myself here often. They offer a great selection of gorgeous flowers as well as imported foods from the UK, soaps, and candles. Lovely shop! Today I used their online service to deliver flowers to a family member as a birthday gift. A couple hours after ordering online, I walked to the shop (I live in the area) and asked if the flowers had been delivered yet. The owner had no idea that I had even put an order in. She asked me when they needed to be delivered by and I mentioned 5PM the same day. When she asked where and I said downtown, she said that she probably wouldn't have normally delivered to there. She also didn't have a few of the flowers that were in the bouquet that I had ordered online. I wasn't very impressed by the lack of organization. I came back and hour later and the bouquet was complete and it looked very beautiful. She even included a few roses because she said that she remembered that I love them (I do!). She told me that next time I want flowers delivered, to come and see them instead of using the online service. I would not use the online service again because it seems they do not use it all that often which I assume based on the fact that they were pretty surprised that they had an online order. If they improved their online service, I would probably buy from them more often out of convenience but I will certainly continue to shop here for myself and others when I am able to find the time to stop by. OH and pretty decent prices for a small business! Support local businesses!
