  • This review is based upon Goodkinds' ambiance, treats, and non-coffee beverages. The lemon drop shortbread cookie, holy moley-- this is an amazing little bite. The lemon flavor , perfect butter flavor, and pinch of salt makes me want 10 of the little cookies. The beverage I tried was the lemon, lime and bitters. The drink looks beautiful, very vibrant colors layered. The flavor of the drink is strong, you taste the lemon, lime, and Goodkinds homemade bitters. Its served with a chocolate coated cookie/fruit skewered on top of it. Very refreshing and a nice pick me up while studying. Actually, its a good alternative to coffee (the strong flavors wake you up) if you need something to help study later in the day. The ambiance and atmosphere is calm, and chill. While there, I overheard one of the workers comment that Goodkind makes the almond milk from scratch?! Thats awesome and it will be tried next time , along with a coffee. Great addition to the western end of Madison Avenue.
