  • This was by far the worst business I've ever used. The one and only thing they did right was being flexible when we rescheduled our appointment for a day earlier a week before the actual appointment, but that's where the decent ends. They showed up half hour after scheduled time in a beat up van. Started and finished the 2000 sq ft home in about 3 hours and pretty much soaked the carpets with water. Highly doubt soap was even used. Once the job was finished we paid with a check and wanted a receipt since we needed to show our landlord proof of cleaning and the individual who did the work said they don't give receipts. So after talking to the owner Dave, before the cleaner left, he assured me that it would be emailed to me by 1:00pm. At 1:15 I called to make sure it was still going to be emailed and he said "yes it is". As 2:30 rolled around I called and stressed the importance of needing the receipt with me being in the military and moving across the country in two days, and Dave proceeded to say we will have it "shortly". I contacted him once again at 3:30 ,obviously irritated, since he said we would have it by 1 pm, and he informed me he was "busy " all day and would have it within the hour, and surprise surprise, 5:00 pm and FINALLY get our receipt. Very unprofessional not to have receipts on hand at the time of service. And very unprofessional to tell the client one thing and not honor it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
