  • I absolutely love this dental office! Why? 1) The staff is small and professional. They get to know and treat you as a person; rather than a patient. It almost feels like visiting family when you go to this office. Dr. Certo never fails to ask what's new and exciting in your life. 2) I can guarantee that you will get the best and most through cleaning you EVER had! Each visit seems like I have a brand new set of teeth! 3) The office sends out informational emails every quarter or so. (new trends, gum health, tips and tricks for brighter smiles) That lets me know that education is important to them. They also send reminders via email also. 4) Overall, the service is beyond excellent. I went to some of the big name dental offices and the service nor skill could compare. Try them. And if I'm wrong I'll eat each of these words. 5) Since it is such a busy office, I recommend making routine appointments well in advance. Although, emergencies are handled fairly quickly. BEST dental office in Pittsburgh....period.
