I finally got an appointment scheduled to get the issues resolved with my new truck and they provided me a rental to allow them to keep it over the weekend. They were able to find an issue with the sun roof and re-detailed the truck. When I got it back, there are now streaks and smudges on all interior windows and surfaces and everything felt damp. Honestly, I am more disappointed now than I was before. I have reached out to the GM that responded to my first review giving him this additional feedback as well but have not heard anything back. If you want good customer service, I would recommend finding a different dealership.
