  • Went here for a car wash. Waited in line. Got to the payment terminal. Inserted my credit card as instructed. The card reader did not work. Pressed the "Help" button repeatedly; but, no answer on the other end. Had to drive through the wash (with no wash). Drove to the front of the store. Walked in. Told the clerk. He looked at me and said, "the card reader is out of order." I looked at him and asked, don't you think you should go put a sign on the car wash entrance so that people don't sit in line for 15 minutes, only to be greeted with a non-functional payment terminal?" He replied, "good idea." I then wanted to pay for the car wash with my card. He said that I "...had to buy something and request cash back!" Are you kidding me??!! How in the hell are these types of people hired for jobs? Did they pass the third grade? Terrible customer service! I will never use their store again!! They are staffed by a bunch of sub-morons! Unbelievable! I wish I could give them an infinite amount of NEGATIVE STARS!
