rev:text	My husband and I went in to get a track for vertical blinds we needed to replace in our condo. We went with our handyman who gave the measurement for the track to be cut. Everything went fine and the lady who cut them attached the cap on the end of the track for us. Saturday, the handyman realized he was half an inch too long and we had to go back to have them re -cut the track. It took 15 minutes before someone was able to assist us in the blinds department. Then that person said he didn't know how to work the cutting mechanism and he would get someone else. Another 20 minutes went by and my husband went looking for another sales representative. Finally that person came by and informed us that we would have to use a new track because they could not cut it again once it was out of the box. We told him the lady who originally cut it removed it from the box to do so. He seemed confused and said he would just give us a new track anyway. That was fine and much appreciated. He picked out the track for us and then said he could not operate that machinery because it was "too new" and he needed to get someone else. Another long wait before we found someone else to help us. This person finally had an idea of how to work the machine (I guess the ONLY person in the store who can work it was not there that day) so he was able to cut it for us. But he had no idea how to put the cap on the end or where that end piece even was. After trying to figure it out for 10 minutes, our handyman was able to secure the end on his own. I have to say, it's extremely disappointing how long it took to receive help and how many people it took to get someone who could work their own machine!
