I honestly can't say I have had any major issues with RRM. It was a little shaky at first, but we were just getting to know each other. I had issues with the AppFolio payment system they used (not really RRMs fault) but RRM always resolved it very quickly. Honestly, I was quite nervous to work with them at first after reading all these negative reviews, but now at the end of my lease, I can honestly say that overall it was a pleasant experience and everyone at RRM has been very friendly and professional. I would have rented my next property from them but unfortunately at this time, they just don't have the inventory that would suit my needs. Otherwise I would definitely have rented from them again.
