Terrible location every time I've been here. I moved to the neighborhood about a year ago and have unfortunately used this location many times, but never again. Every time I go in the entire staff is rude, doesn't acknowledge me even when the store is empty and terrible customer service. Today was officially the last time I'll ever go back in. Yesterday I received m iPhone X and when I purchased the bundle with it over the phone I got a case, screen protector and charger for $90. I hadn't seen the case so I went in to exchange it and spent an additional $30 on a new case. The case is complete shit, can't even get it off but since I was at work I couldn't bring it in. So I came in today to see about exchanging it again (still in perfect condition) they refused to do so. As a customer who has just spent $1,300 on your products and pays $120 a month for a phone for the past 10 years I'm severest disappointed with the lack of customer service. I wish I wouldn't have just upgraded because at this point I'd rather be with a different carrier.
