I've been very disappointed in the Dillo lately. The food hasn't really been as good as it used to be. I don't know if they've changed chefs, or what. In February, my boyfriend ordered a burger with an English muffin bun and there was mold on it. We came here on St. Patrick's Day for their special menu and waited an hour and a half for our food. It wasn't very busy so we figured they were short staffed or something. The server didn't give us any explanation until after we were completely finished with dinner. Apparently one of their fryers had gone out so there was only one that could be used. That would have been a fine excuse if only we hadn't ordered Shepherd's Pie and Corned Beef & Cabbage (both were delish!), which had nothing that needed to be deep fried. I wouldn't have been mad about the wait if wasn't 8:30 by the time we got our food and I didn't have to get up at 4 in the morning.
