  • This is in regards to the Starbucks location that is inside Frys: The service here was absolutely terrible. There were 2 people in front of my boyfriend and I. Given it is Christmas Eve, I understand that it was going to be busy. One employee that was working had two of her friends come in. She made 3 drinks ahead of the customers(including myself) that had already ordered. I don't have a problem with giving free stuff to your friends at your job, but when you have 4 customers waiting, you should not make them first. She proceeded to make the drinks. When I approached the counter to speak to a manager, no one was avaliable. A young girl named Alex however, heard my complaint and took action. She was just a regular crew member, but told the other two people behind the counter to return to work and get the drinks out. Alex was the main reason that I did not want to speak to a manager after. For the other two, they should be disciplined.
