  • So, I finally brought my iPhone 6s in to have them check it out. I had found out that the phone I got was a personal sale rather than official on which I did not know since it wasn't made clear. Because of that it was not in the system, and it seems the guy I bought it from is no longer with the company. I added another star because the staff was pleasant enough and, while I did not get the results I had wanted, they did manage to show a little flexibility. At least that much is appreciated.
