  • After a half hour wait at this much-hyped ramen shop, I found the service to be excellent but the ramen just average. All in all, not worth the wait, though I am a visitor to Las Vegas and this might be the best there is. It's all relative. Been fortunate to have had really excellent ramen in the past with a similar broth, though richer in texture from collagen derived from boiling the pork bones. The noodles were excellent, the location unpretentious and prices good.
