  • I love Cold Stone ice-cream! Received gift cards to this place and thought it should be a good treat. But sadly this location doesn't make me want to come back. I came in with my fiancè and we waited roughly around 15 minutes to wait for someone to come from the back and help us. There was another couple before us so she made their ice-cream and handled their cash payment, and then started to take our order, all with the same, unwashed bare hands. I am not sure if there is a sanitation rule/ policy but as a customer it's a concern especially handling diary products. There's a sink behind the ice-cream bar so you could obviously see if/ when they wash their hands after each customer. Their toppings are also in plastic bins that looks unwashed as well. Another couple came in behind us and as she served them she didn't wash her hands after handling our ice-cream, and payment. Anyways, I lived and I didn't have any problems after eating my dessert BUT be aware of their sanitation procedures. Two regular cups of ice-cream cost about $13, pricey. Customer service is okay nothing great or too bad.
