  • We recently purchased a used 2015 Keystone Bullet from Tom's and were impressed with their professionalism. Kyle in particular was very helpful and knowledgable. After purchasing this used trailer they went above and beyond in the delivery of the trailer to make sure that everything was in good working order and to our satisfaction. They also included a 30 day warranty which was helpful as we were able to get it out on a short 3 day road trip to try and "break" stuff. There were a couple of items that needed to be addressed which they did. Efran in their service department was instrumental in making sure that everything went smoothly. These guys know how to treat customers.
