  • This waiting room might actually be worse than jail. It's unbelievable. I've been in twice.. once to replace a tire and once to switch out a wheel. Both times the wait was 2 hours and the second time I even called ahead! It only takes them about 15 minutes to actually work on my car and the other hour and a half it sits in the parking lot. For what reason am I not allowed to take my car and run errands until they are ready to bring it in the garage for repair??? Half of the staff spends their time in the "office" while only a handful are in the garage getting work done. As I'm sitting in the waiting room staring at the floor for 2 hours I heard 2 other patrons complain and ask to reschedule and it wasn't until then when the employee offered to bring their car into the garage next. Also I would like to say that the ONLY reason I had to have my wheel replaced was because another discount tire store put on a wheel that did not match the other 3 wheels already on my car making it impossible for me to have 4 hubcaps that fit. I had to pay out of my pocket for their company's mistake. Never going to discount tire ever again.
