  • Castrol oil users beware. Do not take your car here to get an oil change. I had to get an oil change quickly and I was very disappointed to find out Pep Boys does not do everything for less. It was over $100 for a single oil change. I understand I had to get a specific oil but that is still a ridiculous price. I honestly thought I had paid for the wrong service. Ralph was very nice and explained why it was so expensive to me but I was still disappointed. Do not make the same mistake I did. Do your research before you let them preform a service. I only gave them two stars because Ralph was very nice and polite.
