rev:text	Get your shit together Sonora Quest. Don't push for people to make appointments if you're not going to honor the time. Some of us are working individuals that make an appointment because we are using our lunch breaks to come in...we don't have the luxury to sit around your waiting rooms and twiddle our thumbs. We secure a time thinking we can get in and out and get back to our jobs. Having your office staff tell us the appointment process is irrelevant and they take you in the order you arrive is a bunch of crap.
